She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from H.L. College of Commerce, Gujarat University. She is a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is currently associated with Vadilal Industries Limited as company secretary and compliance officer. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Nakoda Limited as company secretary and compliance officer, Prashant India Limited as company secretary and compliance officer and Reserve Bank of India as a clerk grade II. She has over 31 years of experience in various secretarial roles. She has been associated with our Company since December 18, 2024.
