He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Hargovandas Lakhmichand College of Commerce. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as well as an associate of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Cadila armaceuticals Limited as senior manager (internal audit), Symphony Limited as vice president - finance &accounts and chief financial officer. He has over 20 years of experience in the fields of finance and accounts. He has been associated with our Company since March 12, 2025.
